Refund Policy

Please note that no refund shall be proceed in case there are any other outstanding dues under this loan
facility or any other loan facility availed from Transwarranty Finance Limited ( Oroboro Loans).

However refund can be initiated in the following conditions:

• > In the event of a duplicate transaction, as the case may be, such amounts as may be
  decided by Transwarranty Finance Limited ( Oroboro Loans) in its sole discretion from time to time

• > In case of incomplete or rejected transactions on account of technical issues with the payment gateway, such amount as may be, would be refunded provided we get an confirmation from the payment gateway on the technical issue and not due to insufficient balance in the user bank account.
